Free/Reduced Meal Applications/Instruction Forms
Parents can access the applications and instructions below on how to complete the forms for the 2020-2021 school year. Families can start the application process July 1st, 2020. The applications can be returned to Teresa at tbantz@dunkerton.k12.ia.us OR can be dropped off at the Elementary Office c/o Patty Foster.
