Dunkerton Community School District 2025-2026 Snow Removal Bid
Interested parties in bidding on Dunkerton's 2025-2026 snow removal should complete the form below and then bids should be emailed to kkelchen@dunkertonschools.org or hand delivered to Kory Kelchen in the superintendent’s office no later than October 8th, 2025.
Rate per job for each of the following:

General information
Snow must be removed before the start of the school day with students. If there is a delay or cancellation, then snow may be removed from the time when students arrive. On a normal school day, snow should be removed by 7 AM. On a late start, snow should be removed by 9AM.
Snow should be removed daily, even if school is canceled two days in a row.
Per request of district, salt will be spread on all lots excluding the gravel lot (West Lot #2)
No ice melt on new East Parking Lot unless requested by district
Snow removal includes all the areas around the school that cars park, including but not limited to the following:
West Lot #1: the front by elementary and high schools
West Lot #2: gravel lot on west side of Canfield
Area in front of bus garage and fuel barrels
The East ½ of the parking lot on the north side of bus garage
North lot (near fitness center)
The South driveway
Southeast Lot located behind high school
Outdoor basketball court
